1. Recent passport-size photograph and signature should be properly fitted within the box.
2. File type should be either png or jpg format.
3. File size should be maximum of 1 MB.
4. Please fill the mandatory fields with correct spelling.

6. Before filling up the form Please pay the fee for registration of Rs.200/- and take the screen shot for uploading the form.
   • Filling up admission form does not guarantee the admission.
7. Copy or screenshot of Payment receipt should be uploaded on the online form.
8. Please fill all the subject names with full marks and obtained marks.
9. Primary mobile number and Email ID cannot be changed if once application form is submitted.
10. After the creation of account, primary mobile number will be your login username and password to be created personally.
11. After registration is done successfully, you can login by using your username and password and you can download submitted Application Form inside View Application Form tab.

Note: Resolved that for CBSE candidates, percentage of marks will be calculated based on the marks scored in the subjects they appeared, not based on the best five of the subjects.
